Black fondant recipe

Ingredients:
- 7oz bitter chocolate
- 1 tablespoon favourless gelatine
- 1 tablespoon glucose
- 5 tablespoon water
- 7oz sifted confectioners’ sugar
- 1kg sugarpaste
- Black color gel Wilton

Margherita cake recipe

Time: about 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 4oz flour
- 4oz potato flour
- 2,5oz butter
- 4 eggs
- 7 egg whites
- 9oz sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:
Blend eggs and egg whites with sugar. Add vanilla extract and blend again. Add flour and potato flour and mix with a tablespoon. Add warm melted butter (very important) and mix again with a tablespoon.

Pour into a buttered and floured baking pan. Bake to 360°F for about 40 minutes.

Coconut meringue ingredients:
- 5 egg whites
- 6oz sugar
- 9oz coconut flour

Pinapple cream ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple syrup
- 2 tablespoon vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 11oz pineapple
- 4,5oz margarine
- 2 egg yolks

Bagna ingredients:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1,5oz sugar
- 1-2 glass liqueur rhum
